LikedWelcoming on arrival. Helped with luggage to room. Booklet in room explains costs of services. Helped in organising day tours. Staff Ordered & Picked up our dinner from local restaurant no extra charge.

DislikedBed mattress Inner supports (springs?) inside mattress was uncomfortable. Pool was clean - water a bit cloudy.

LikedThe room was beautiful, like in a fairy tale , cozy and clean. The staff helped as much as they could. The view from the place is really beautiful, and with the scooter, you can enjoy the ride watching the amazing mount Batur..

DislikedThe location was OK but the beach in front of the place is not easy access or safe for swimming. * I'm not too sure if it was about our checkout dates or what, but we didn't have water from the night prior to our departure, however we asked the staff and they helped to fix the problem.
