Dislikedmy experience was terrible and I wasted one day coz of that creepy booking at this hotel. I paid more to book another place, coz of this terrible booking. I paid like 54 usd for this worse less hotel, which is too much first, when I arrived, receptionist told me that there is no room available and after calling booking customer service, they provided me with a room the beach is terrible and beach seats are all so close together. Beach doesn't have facilities ( no toilet) the room has many faulty stuff( TV not working. Phone not working. Even toilet is old) food at the dinner was totally terrible. issue here is that booking review is totally misleading, I already made reservation for 3 days based on 8.5 review which is incorrect

LikedThe management and the staff were super helpful!! First of all, they allowed us to early check-in at dawn! Without extra fee! I really appreciate that! Second: we had an urgent problem with our schedule and had to change our booking in last minute. We could stayed less a day what we had planed. The managment upgraded our booking to all-inclusive from breakfast+dinner for the same price (they could've just said no... it was a day before traveling). We were really glad for that! Food and drinks were good, wifi was ok in the room as well! Thank you Sharm Inn Amarein!

LikedThe staff are simply fantastic and most welcoming. It is clear that they take pride in their work and the hotel and this creates a wonderful atmosphere all round.
