Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin was established in 1985 and is held annually from January 5 till February 25. You will be amazed by beautiful, artistic ice and snow sculptures, especially the ice lanterns made with frozen water, carved and decorated! The festival is one of the greatest winter events attracting hundreds of thousands of local people and visitors from all over the world.
