Across the river from the Shard sits the Sky Garden located at the top of an office block. Known for its urban garden the Sky Garden is a great place to chill and enjoy the views of London. If you go in the evening they do some great cocktails from the Sky Bar with live music often played on a Friday and Saturday night. Reservations are necessary although you can gain access without from 6pm during the week or 9pm at the weekend but the queues can be lengthy.
