Visit Kayak.es, enter the dates and route using a “Múltiples trayectos” option and wait for the results (to make it easier, you can just click the links below and adjust travel dates). Then follow the link on Kayak.es to es.lastminute.com (“Elegir”) and book your flight.
NOTICE: The ticket doesn’t include a flight between Santiago De Chile (SCL), São Paulo (GRU), Rio de Janeiro (GIG) or Lima (LIM) – you have to book the segment of your trip through South America on your own.
