On Sunday you can hit the street market in San Telmo or attend the Feria de Mataderos, a huge event held each weekend. Enjoy the food, music, dancing, crafts, and particularly the customs of the gauchos (Argentinian cowboys).

Experience gaucho life and culture on a ranch tour. Enjoy a horseback ride through the pampa.
Visit the Reserva Ecólogica Constanera Sur, a nature reserve with four lakes, giant pampas grass, and over 200 species of birds. Have a picnic, go jogging, cycling, bird watching or attend a moonlight tour.
Hop on a Buquebus ferry to Uruguay. After a 45 minute ride across the Río de la Plata you will arrive in the delightful town of Colonia del Sacramento.
