Easyjet receives authorisation to launch flights between Italy and Ukraine
According to the Italian National Civil Aviation Authority, Wizz Air, Ryanair and now Easyjet have been granted operation rights to up to 166 flights a week between Italy and Ukraine!
Great news! The ENAC, the Italian National Civil Aviation Authority, granted the Austrian easyJet Europe Airline GmbH (a subsidiary of easyJet) the right to operate 12 flights a week between the two countries starting this summer. There is still no information regarding specific routes or schedules.
With these new flights easyJet joins Wizz Air and Ryanair, that have already well established operation on both destinations. According with the ANAC report, the Hungarian low-cost carrier can operate 98 flights a week between Italy and Ukraine, while its Irish competitor can double the number of flights: from 28 this Summer season to 56 flights in Summer 2021.
