While in Primorsko, you should visit the Perla Beach. Head north to Sozopol and relax in the Kavatsite and Harmani Beach. It's one of the last "wild" beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast where you can find clean water, amazing nature and beautiful beach rocks. The private Nirvana Beach in Golden Sands is equipped with a beach bar. This beachfront resort features a wide range of discos and nightclubs.
Bolata Bay, in Varna province, is a small cove with a perfect semi-circular shape, featuring a beautiful sandy beach in a nature reserve. Many interesting species make their nests here. Short-beaked common dolphins and cormorants can be observed pretty close to the shore. Nearby, at Cape Kaliakra, you'll find remains of the fortress used by Tracians, Romans, Byzantines and Bulgarians. The coast here is steep with vertical cliffs reaching 70 metres (230 ft) down to the sea.
