The Scandinavian low-cost carrier just updated its bag policy and the news are not good. Previously, the customers who bought a base fare could bring 1 small carry-on bag and 1 bigger bag free of charge. From today, all passengers who bought the cheapest fare can only bring 1 free (small) carry-on bag for free.

The Scandinavian low-cost airline has just adjusted its cabin baggage allowance. According to a new cabin luggage policy, customers buying “LowFare” ticket type can only bring small hand bag (30 x 20cm x 38) on board, unless they pay from €5 to €9 for a cabin bag, depending of the route, or they upgrade to LowFare+ class.

Additional info:

  • Everyone can also bring one airport shopping bag in addition to their ticket type allowance.
  • Pack important items, such as medicine, baby items and your valuables in your under-seat bag.
  • Some items are not allowed in your hand baggage – please check the restricted items before you pack.
  • You can bring an item instead of a standard bag (such a gift box or mini-board), but it must not exceed our hand baggage limits or be listed among our restricted items/dangerous goods.
