Good news! Ryanair passengers booking flights for July or August will have possibility to change their reservations free of charge.
Ryanair is up for a great return to the skies – the airline is planning to operate almost 1000 flights daily from the beginning of July. On the other hand, the carrier’s image has suffered greatly due to the problems passengers had and still have with refunds for canceled flights.
In this situation Ryanair’s decision to waive rebooking fees makes a lot of sense due to the continuous uncertainty of the current epidemiological situation. In fact, there are several European countries with selective or general bans on international flights.
From 10 June, customers who book to travel in July & August will be able to move their flights with zero change fee to travel until the 31 December 2020.
The airline also announced that the waiving of booking fees only applies to date changes. Originally selected destination can’t be changed and a trip must be completed until the end of 2020.
As popular holiday countries like Italy, Portugal and Spain are opening up for international tourists, we are ready to welcome passengers on board from 1 July, when Ryanair will be operating over 1,000 daily flights across our entire network. We want to offer our customers as much confidence and flexibility as possible with no flight change fee if their travel plans change
Ryanair’s current price list shows that flight change fee ranges from 35 to 65 EUR when done online and 50-95 EUR at the airport .
