In order to get an upgrade at a highly discounted price, contact Ukraine International Airlines and request the service no less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Price for upgrading the level of comfort includes all fees and surcharges.

• Increasing the level of comfort at a special price is available to passengers who purchased Economy Class tickets, including tickets bought at reduced prices during the periods of promotions and special offers and / or issued for miles, for UIA’s own regular flights operated under the PS 0001-0999 codes (except for the flights to / from Dnipro, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Zurich, Geneva, Paris PS127 / 128, Nice) with the date of departure on any day until June 30, 2018 inclusive.
• The offer is valid only upon seat availability s in the Business Class cabin on a chosen flight at the time of request.
• Panorama Club miles of will be accrued according to the class of the purchased ticket.
• The fare rules applying to purchased ticket do not change.

Baggage policy:
One cabin bag (12 kg / 5 kg on Embraer-145) and two pieces of checked baggage per passenger (32 kg each).
Business Class passengers on international long-haul routes can carry two pieces of hand baggage with the total weight of up to 15kg.
