Wizz Air’s first UK base and three new routes!
Low-cost airline Wizz Air has announced plans to open a UK base at London Luton Airport with three new routes flying from June.
London Luton will be the first UK airport with Wizz Air base operations. Hungarian airline will increase the number of routes being served from the airport to 42. The Luton base, its 28th in total, will open on June 18 with one new Airbus A320 aircraft. The three new routes will connect London Luton with Tel Aviv in Israel, Prishtina in Kosovo and Kutaisi in Georgia. Seats on the routes are already on sale with prices starting at just £27.49 each way!
New routes:
✈ London Luton – Kutaisi: starts on 18 June
✈ London Luton – Tel Aviv: starts on 24 June
✈ London Luton – Prishtina: starts on 24 June
Moreover, frequency of flights will be increased on the following routes:
✈ London Luton – Suceava (5 weekly flights)
✈ London Luton – Constanta (4 weekly flights)
✈ London Luton – Iasi (daily)
